I used to frequent Sarpinos for lunch as you can't beat the price and taste however today my relationship with this location has ended. I think the picture says it all- I was told I could have a remake of my food or a refund. "I couldn't just have free food." and never even received an apology from two managers. I'm sorry but in my opinion finding a short black hair in your meal midway through is enough embarrassment for the establishment to do anything to make it right. Be sure to check your food before digging in if you decide to order from this location.

I was a little apprehensive about trying Sarpino's out given the reviews I found on-line here on Yelp and elsewhere. But the thing is I'm a software engineer, which means I need good pizza to function every once and a while and I had yet to find a good go-to pizza place in EP. Good news is I was made quite happy by my pie from Sarpino's along with the breadsticks. The crust was good and they had the verity I look for in sauces and toppings. I'm sure I'll be having them again in the future and I'm hoping that the past service problems this location has had reported stay in the past.

The management is rediculously disrespectful. They advertise that they are open 365 days a year including all holidays, when my family tried to order on thanksgiving they were closed for the entire day. When I called to talk to management about the inconvenience she continued to raise her voice at me that they can do whatever they want and when I asked how she planned to resolve the issue she said deal with it we decided to close and hung up on me.

I'm hooked :) I've had their veg calzone, pizza, sandwich, and salads. Everything has been wonderful & I'd especially recommend the vegetarian pizza - pineapples added in w/ veggies! FYI--Online orders get 10% off!! Just click 'Please select coupon' at checkout and a '10% off' option will appear. I like that after ordering online, they send you an email when your order is either ready to pick up, or leaving the shop for delivery.

Ordered delivery and they never showed up. When we called they claimed they delivered the pizza but no one ever showed up at our address. Very frustrating and they said a new order would take at least 45 more minutes.

Best BLT Pizza in West Metro. Other options also good, but I order because they have BLT pizza on the regular menu. Never had issues with delivery and usually offer good deals, 10% off and have a rewards program to collect points for cash discounts. Will order again.

I really like their crust, sauce, and sweet/mild sausage pizza. It really hits the spot. They also serve gyro's that are ok.

I like that you get a discount for ordering online and there's no delivery fee which almost every other pizza place has gone to. The sauce is delish... I recommend requesting "heavy on the sauce!"

When it comes to pizza delivery, this place is one of the best...i like that you can build your own creations with a variety of sauces. I tried a pasta dish today for the first time and it was amazingly delicious.

It's okay...don't like the ranch sauce..it's little too spicy. The pizza could use more sauce. Quick Delivery though. Very nice pizza man. The name of the pizza place is catchy though. Our mother disagrees with this message she would give it 2 stars not 3.
